No one ever said that fantasy healing wasn’t messy or painful. Beams of healing light should come with a warning label. Its time for Shane to show off that good old fashion wizardry.

Its been a few days since the Fairfax Comic Con. We’ve recovered and returned to normalcy. To the folks and fans who stopped by the booth, it was awesome meeting you. There’s nothing more reaffirming than talking to people who can get excited about what you’re working on. We met aspiring artists, D&D fans, other comic creators, total strangers, even Skeletor and He-Man! I totally didn’t almost crash into Greg Grunberg no less than four times navigating the crowds. It was the Fairfax Comic Con’s first year, and Vic’s first time sitting behind a booth at a convention. Next year, its going to be even bigger. Both the convention and Battlements! (probably Vic too. Getting old is rough, kids).

To our fans who picked up a limited edition poster, we’ll be getting you up in the Hall of Valor shortly along with our Patreon contributors. The Hall of Valor is a special place on the website where we take a minute to recognize those who are helping to support the comic. We can’t thank you enough. Your names will be pulled from the famed Unicorn Ledger to be interred to the Hall.

We also want to take a minute to also thank our wives and families for their support. Without their support, we definitely couldn’t be pulling it off.

Humbly, with much gravitas,

Vic and Jake.
